RESERVATIONS


 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Guests are welcome to play in the waterpark as early as 1 p.m.

 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

Check-out time is 11:00 am, but please feel free to enjoy the waterpark facilities until closing.

 

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Three Bears Resort honors American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS?

By presenting your debit card for payment, you are authorizing Three Bears Resort to hold funds immediately from your account for payment. We also hold an estimated amount for incidental expenses so that you may charge goods and services to your account. Funds that are held as a deposit and not used during your stay will be released by Three Bears Resort following your check out. The date you will have access to these released funds will depend upon your financial institution’s policy. Three Bears Resort is not responsible for your bank’s authorization and overdraft policies.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?

No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in. Any check payments must be received at least 30 days prior to reservation date. At Check-In, a valid credit card and ID must be presented. Please contact our reservations office at 608-378-2500 for more details or if you have any questions.

 

WHAT IS THE RESORT FEE?

Three Bears Resort charges a nominal resort fee to all guests in order to provide additional services that are often charged individually by other resorts. This fee covers services such as wireless Internet, self parking, fitness center access, in-room coffee, life jackets and towels in the waterpark, local phone calls and bear club activities.

 

ARE ADVANCED DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS?

We require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance, we can accept a personal check or money order for the deposit. Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the resort, only for a deposit.

 

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO BOOK A ROOM?

Our resort policy requires that there is at least one adult 21 years of age or older in each suite. There must be one adult 25 years of age or older to rent a villa.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

When bad weather or a family member’s sickness inhibits you from your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway. In the event you must cancel your reservations, your deposit will be refunded (less 8% for office charge) provided your request is received 14 days prior to your arrival date for a villa and 3 days for a resort room. If inside of the cancellation period, there will be no refund. We are unable to give refunds on early departures and please note that the CranFest cancellation period is 30 days prior to arrival.

 

WHAT IS NEEDED TO CHECK-IN?

You must provide a valid photo ID along with the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. The remaining balance of room rates, packages, taxes and fees will be collected at time of check-in.

 

HOW MUCH DOES PARKING COST?

All parking at Three Bears Resort is complimentary. Three Bears Resort is not liable for any damage to your vehicle. Please make sure that your vehicle is locked at all times.

 

DO YOU HAVE RV PARKING AND HOOKUPS?

Three Bears Resort does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. We do not offer any hook ups or dumping stations.

 

CAN I REQUEST A PARTICULAR ROOM OR SUITE STYLE?

Room, Suite and Villa style preference must be booked at time of reservation.

 

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH BALCONIES OR PATIOS?

Balcony/Patio suites can be reserved online by clicking “with Balcony/Patio” on the Suites page during the booking process. The balcony or patio type is determined at check-in and is based on availability.

 

DO ANY OF YOUR ROOMS HAVE KITCHENS?

Yes, all of our villas have full kitchens. In the Resort, our Double Queen Suites and Family Suites both have a wet bar.

 

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

Accessible suites are labeled as such and marked by an accessible icon within the booking process. If you would prefer to make a reservation over the phone, please call 608-378-2500. We can offer a variety of options to meet your needs!

 

WILL MY ROOM BE READY WHEN I ARRIVE?

Room check-in does not begin until 4:00 p.m. or as your room becomes available. However, you can arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. to begin using the waterpark. There are changing rooms, lockers and showers available for you.

 

DO CHILDREN STAY FREE?

Children, ages 3 and under, stay free and do not need to be counted in the total number of guests occupying a unit. Guests ages 4-17 should be counted and included in the total as a child. Guests ages 18 and older should be counted and included in the total as an adult.

 

HOW DO I FILE FOR TAX EXEMPT WITH YOUR RESORT?

Special Instructions Are Required in order to process your reservation for as Tax Exempt.

 

DO YOU OFFER STATE RATES? / WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

State rates are negotiated for larger groups and must be approved by Group Sales in advance. Individuals must be traveling on state business and part of a group in order to qualify. State rates are not available on weekends, peak seasons or holiday periods

 


LODGING


 

DO YOU HAVE AN ATM?

An ATM machine is located in the lobby of the resort.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR ELEVATORS LOCATED?

There are three elevators in the resort:

  • Off the Lobby near the Honey Pot Exchange gift shop
  • Off the Lobby near the CranBew Pub entrance
  • Off the Lobby near guest rooms

 

 

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?

The fitness center is open 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and is located on the 3rd floor of the resort. Must be 18 years or older to use the exercise equipment.

 

DO YOU HAVE CRIBS?

Pack-n-Plays are available to rent. Please inquire at the resort front desk. Based on availability.

 

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Gift certificates make a great holiday or birthday present and are available for purchase at the front desk. Please call 608-378-2501 for more information.

 

ARE GOLF CARTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

Golf carts are available to rent seasonally.

 

HOW OFTEN DOES HOUSEKEEPING CLEAN ROOMS?

Resort rooms are serviced upon request only. Please hang the housekeeping door tag on the outside of your door before 9:00 am if you wish to have your room cleaned. Villas are stocked for the duration of each stay and will only be serviced after check-out.

 

WHERE ARE ICE MACHINES LOCATED?

Ice machines are located near the elevator at the midpoint of the guest room hallway on all floors.

 

IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE?

High-speed wireless Internet is complimentary throughout the resort and our villas.

 

ARE SELF-SERVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on each floor of the resort.

 

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Lost and found items should be brought to the attention of the front desk. Found items can be mailed at the owner’s expense. Three Bears Resort is not responsible for lost items.

 

CAN I MAIL ITEMS FROM THE RESORT?

You may leave outgoing mail at the front desk. Postage is available for purchase at the front desk. Mail goes out daily Monday through Saturday.

 

ARE OUTSIDE DELIVERIES ACCEPTED AT THE RESORT?

All deliveries to the resort must be picked up at the front desk.

 

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the resort, but are allowed in some of our villas. If you are found with a pet without permission, you will be asked to leave (without refund) and charged a $500 deep cleaning fee.

 

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Bed times vary for our guests, so please be mindful of noise and let our other guests enjoy a good night’s rest.

 

SMOKING

Three Bears Resort and villas are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. If you are found smoking, you will be asked to leave (without refund) and charged a $500 deep cleaning fee.

 

SNACKS AND BEVERAGES

A variety of soft drinks, juices and snacks are available for purchase. Clyde’s Café is located in the lobby and is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

 

WAKEUP SERVICE

There are alarm clocks in each guest room, but if you’d like to schedule a wake up call, please dial 501.

 

IS GRILLING OUT PERMITTED AT THE RESORT?

Grilling, cooking, birthday candles or any other types of open flames are not permitted anywhere in or around the resort. Grilling is permitted using the fire pits at the villas.

 

IS THE RESORT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Our resort public spaces, accessible rooms, and waterpark decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs are available through guest services on a first come, first serve basis.

 

CAN GUESTS CHARGE TO THEIR ROOM?

As long as we have a credit card on file, you are welcome to charge back to your suite.

 

WHAT AMENITIES DO SUITES HAVE?

Each suite at Three Bears Resort comes standard with microwave, mini fridge, wet bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

 

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?

Yes. We’re also happy to assist guests in making copies or printing.

 

ARE THERE ANY ON-SITE RESTAURANTS?

Three Bears Resort offers a full spectrum of dining options for your family. Visit our dining page for more information.

 

ARE THERE ROLLAWAY BEDS OR AIR MATTRESSES AVAILABLE TO RENT?

Rollaway beds/air mattresses are not available at Three Bears Resort.

 

WHO SHOULD BE CONTACTED REGARDING FOOD ALLERGIES?

We have specially trained chefs that can offer a variety of special items for your family to enjoy. Please contact the resort directly at 608-378-2500 and ask to speak with a Manager in our Food and Beverage Department.

 

IS THERE CHILD CARE AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?

We do not offer day care or babysitting services at Three Bears Resort.

 

ARE THERE SAFES IN THE ROOMS FOR VALUABLES?

No. We do not have safes available to the general pubic in the resort rooms or at the front desk.

 

WHAT IS THE TAX EXEMPT POLICY?

In order to be tax exempt the reservation(s) must be made in the name of the individual who is tax exempt and paid with the organization’s credit card or checking account (check must be received 30 days in advance of arrival). The individual must also fill out a tax-exempt form from Three Bears Resort’s accounting department and provide appropriate documentation. CAN I BRING MY OWN GRILL?

Due to high risk of fire, use of your own grill is prohibited on Three Bears Resort’s property. All villas have grills on their firepits.

 


WATERPARK


 

DO YOU HOST BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Three Bears Resort offers birthday party packages in the waterpark. Please dial 501 or call 608-378-2501 for more information.

 

DO YOU HAVE CABANA RENTALS AVAILABLE?

Rent one of our six waterpark cabanas that include a private area for your group, refrigerator, flat screen TV and luxury furniture. See the resort front desk for rental availability and pricing. Please dial 501 or call 608.378.2501 for more information.

 

WRISTBANDS

Wristbands are required for access to our waterparks.

 

ARE THE WATERSLIDES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Waterslides and our elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.

 

ARE THERE TABLES AND CHAIRS TO LEAVE OUR BELONGINGS?

Pool chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis throughout the waterpark. There are also lockers available in the waterpark for guest use. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your suite or vehicle.

 

ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED?

Guests are encouraged to bring their own, Coast Guard approved, life jackets. Life jackets are available in the waterpark on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the waterpark.

 

ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS AND LOCKERS?

We do have a changing room with small lockers available for your use. The lockers are rented on a daily basis for a nominal fee.

 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR PREGNANT GUESTS?

Because we do offer some rides that are considered to be extreme, we encourage you to view the restrictions for each attraction.  We also discourage use of the hot tubs.

 

ARE COOLERS OR CARRY-IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE PERMITTED?

You are welcome to bring it to your resort room or your villa; however, no outside food or beverage of any kind are permitted in our waterparks or anywhere else in the resort.

 

ARE TOWELS PROVIDED?

Towels are provided for your family in the waterpark as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the waterpark area.

 

ARE PEOPLE WEARING CASTS ALLOWED?

Casts are allowed in the waterpark. There are requirements for certain rides for maintaining body positions such as grasping handles or keeping legs in position. These criteria, in addition to how the cast will contact the ride will determine your ability to wear a cast on a ride.

 

DO CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED?

All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times in the waterpark.

 

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

WHAT CLOTHING AND FOOTWARE SHOULD BE WORN?

We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks, or flip flops for the 84-degree waterpark. Our resort is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the waterpark that shirts and shoes are worn.

 

IS USE OF THE WATERPARKS INCLUDED WITH MY STAY?

Yes. The waterparks are included for each registered guest (not to exceed maximum occupancy for your room type). Your waterpark wristbands are valid from the time you check-in until close on the day of your checkout.

 

HOW CLEAN IS THE WATERPARK?

Our waterpark utilizes state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to ensure our water quality exceeds health code requirements and we sanitize our waterpark floors every day. We ask that guests shower before and after using the waterpark, taking children to the bathroom often, not swimming when ill and that diaper dependent persons wear a swim diaper.

 


GROUPS & MEETINGS


 

DO YOU HAVE BANQUET, GROUP AND CONFERENCE SERVICES?

HOW DO I SET UP A GROUP STAY?

Be it a wedding, corporate meeting, youth group or class trip, our sales and catering staff are eager to help you plan a great stay. Three Bears Resort offer spacious meeting rooms equipped with wireless and other state-of-the-art meeting amenities. Our accommodating staff will assist you in planning meals, team building exercises, local excursions and more. For more information, click on the Groups & Events at the bottom of this page.

 

MAY WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER?

No outside food or beverage are allowed within the Conference Center. Please contact your Event Detailer for questions on tradeshow sample restrictions.

 

WHERE CAN WE GO FOR DINNER AS A GROUP?

We offer many great onsite dining options.

 

CAN A ROOM IN GROUP BLOCK BE BOOKED ONLINE?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Please call 608.378.2500 and ask to speak with someone on our sales team.

 


WEDDINGS


 

IS CAKE CUTTING AND SERVING INCLUDED?

Yes.

 

DOES THE CAKE HAVE TO COME FROM A LICENSED FACILITY?

Yes, a licensed baker must be utilized, and a copy of the license must be presented to be kept on file.

 

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR BARTENDERS?

There is no set bartender fee. Sales must generate at least $75 per hour, per bartender and a two hour minimum.

 

WHAT IS THE SALES TAX RATE?

The tax rate is 7% for the Village of Warrens and 5.5% for the State of Wisconsin.

 

DO YOU OFFER A TASTING TO TRY THE FOOD?
