FAQ - RESERVATIONS

An ATM machine is located in the lobby of the resort.

There are three elevators in the resort:

- Off the Lobby near waterpark entrance

- Off the Lobby near the CranBew Pub entrance

- Off the Lobby near guest rooms

The fitness center is open 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and is located on the 3rd floor of the resort. Must be 18 years or older to use the exercise equipment.

Pack-n-Plays are available to rent. Please inquire at the resort front desk. Based on availability.

Gift certificates make a great holiday or birthday present and are available for purchase at the front desk. Please call 608-378-2501 for more information.

Golf carts are available to rent seasonally.

Resort rooms are serviced upon request only. Please hang the housekeeping door tag on the outside of your door before 9:00 am if you wish to have your room cleaned. Villas are stocked for the duration of each stay and will only be serviced after check-out.

Ice machines are located near the elevator at the midpoint of the guest room hallway on all floors.

High-speed wireless Internet is complimentary throughout the resort and villas.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on each floor of the resort.

Lost and found items should be brought to the attention of the front desk. Found items can be mailed at the owner’s expense. Three Bears Resort is not responsible for lost items.

You may leave outgoing mail at the front desk. Postage is available for purchase at the front desk. Mail goes out daily Monday through Saturday.

All deliveries to the resort must be picked up at the front desk.

Dogs are allowed for a $50 fee and guests will be responsible for any damage.

Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Bed times vary for our guests, so please be mindful of noise and let our other guests enjoy a good night’s rest.

Three Bears Resort and villas are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. If you are found smoking, you will be asked to leave (without refund) and charged a $500 deep cleaning fee.

A variety of soft drinks, juices and snacks are available for purchase. Clyde’s Café is located in the lobby and is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

There are alarm clocks in each guest room, but if you’d like to schedule a wake up call, please dial 501.

Grilling, cooking, birthday candles or any other types of open flames are not permitted anywhere in or around the resort. Grilling is permitted using the fire pits at the villas.

Our resort public spaces, accessible rooms, and waterpark decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs are available through guest services on a first come, first serve basis.

As long as we have a credit card on file, you are welcome to charge back to your room or villa.

Yes. We’re also happy to assist guests in making copies or printing.

Rollaway beds/air mattresses are not available at Three Bears Resort.

We have specially trained chefs that can offer a variety of special items for your family to enjoy. Please contact the resort directly at 608-378-2500 and ask to speak with a Manager in our Food and Beverage Department.

We do not offer day care or babysitting services at Three Bears Resort.

No. We do not have safes available to the general pubic in the resort rooms or at the front desk.

In order to be tax exempt the reservation(s) must be made in the name of the individual who is tax exempt and paid with the organization’s credit card or checking account (check must be received 30 days in advance of arrival). The individual must also fill out a tax-exempt form from Three Bears Resort’s accounting department and provide appropriate documentation. Due to high risk of fire, use of your own grill is prohibited on Three Bears Resort’s property. All villas have grills on their firepits.
