WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Guests are welcome to play in the waterpark as early as 1 p.m.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 am, but please feel free to enjoy the waterpark facilities until closing.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Three Bears Resort honors American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS?
By presenting your debit card for payment, you are authorizing Three Bears Resort to hold funds immediately from your account for payment. We also hold an estimated amount for incidental expenses so that you may charge goods and services to your account. Funds that are held as a deposit and not used during your stay will be released by Three Bears Resort following your check out. The date you will have access to these released funds will depend upon your financial institution’s policy. Three Bears Resort is not responsible for your bank’s authorization and overdraft policies.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?
No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in. Any check payments must be received at least 30 days prior to reservation date. At Check-In, a valid credit card and ID must be presented. Please contact our reservations office at 608-378-2500 for more details or if you have any questions.
WHAT IS THE RESORT FEE?
Three Bears Resort charges a nominal resort fee to all guests in order to provide additional services that are often charged individually by other resorts. This fee covers services such as wireless Internet, self parking, fitness center access, in-room coffee, life jackets and towels in the waterpark, local phone calls and bear club activities.
ARE ADVANCED DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS?
Unless otherwise noted, we require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the resort.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO BOOK A ROOM?
Our resort policy requires that there is at least one adult 21 years of age or older to rent a room in the resort. There must be one adult 25 years of age or older to rent a villa.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
When bad weather or a family member’s sickness inhibits you from your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway. In the event you must cancel your reservations, your deposit will be refunded (less 20% for office charge) provided your request is received 14 days prior to your arrival date for a villa and 3 days for a resort room. If inside of the cancellation period, there will be no refund. We are unable to give refunds on early departures and please note that the CranFest cancellation period is 30 days prior to arrival.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO CHECK-IN?
You must provide a valid photo ID along with the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. The remaining balance of room rates, packages, taxes and fees will be collected at time of check-in.
HOW MUCH DOES PARKING COST?
All parking at Three Bears Resort is complimentary. Three Bears Resort is not liable for any damage to your vehicle. Please make sure that your vehicle is locked at all times.
DO YOU HAVE RV PARKING AND HOOK UPS?
Three Bears Resort does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. We do not offer any hook ups or dumping stations.
CAN I REQUEST A PARTICULAR ROOM OR SUITE STYLE?
Room, Suite and Villa style preference must be booked at time of reservation.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH BALCONIES OR PATIOS?
Balcony/Patio suites can be reserved online by clicking “with Balcony/Patio” on the Suites page during the booking process. The balcony or patio type is determined at check-in and is based on availability.
DO ANY OF YOUR ROOMS HAVE KITCHENS?
Yes, all of our villas have full kitchens. In the Resort, our Double Queen Suites and Family Suites both have a wet bar.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?
Accessible suites are labeled as such and marked by an accessible icon within the booking process. If you would prefer to make a reservation over the phone, please call 608-378-2500. We can offer a variety of options to meet your needs!
WILL MY ROOM BE READY WHEN I ARRIVE?
Room check-in does not begin until 4:00 p.m. or as your room becomes available. However, you can arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. to begin using the waterpark. There are changing rooms, lockers and showers available for you.
DO CHILDREN STAY FREE?
Children, ages 3 and under, stay free and do not need to be counted in the total number of guests occupying a unit. Guests ages 4-17 should be counted and included in the total as a child. Guests ages 18 and older should be counted and included in the total as an adult.
HOW DO I FILE FOR TAX EXEMPT WITH YOUR RESORT?
Special instructions are required in order to process your reservation for as Tax Exempt. Please call the resort at 608-378-2500 for details.
DO YOU OFFER STATE RATES? WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
State rates are negotiated for larger groups and must be approved by Group Sales in advance. Individuals must be traveling on state business and part of a group in order to qualify. State rates are not available on weekends, peak seasons or holiday periods.
